Back Stuff

I thought I'd post a couple of links to some of the back stuff I've been working on. In particular, I think that the stretch-lying has been very effective.

Short demonstration of the stretchlying technique. I've been doing this for a few minutes before I fall asleep and once or twice during the day. It seems to have helped a bunch.
