Juggling
Ross posted an article about the benefits of juggling on his website. Like most things Ross suggests, I've been giving it a try; I'm learning the 3-ball cascade to start. After practicing a little (5-10 minutes) every day for 5 days, I can get through about 6 or 7 throws before my bad throws start catching up with me and I start dropping.
