So, I'd been thinking that I wouldn't do any kind of workout on Christmas Day, until I read about
Daley Thompson over on
Ross's board. This guy was a decathlete who used to train twice on Christmas Day because he figured his competition wouldn't be training that day (the second time was so that he'd still be up on a competitor, just in case someone did decide to train on that day).
So now, I don't know what I'll do, but I'll do something...
