Day 11 - Density Day

Day 11 brought another Warrior Challenge, this one entitled "Density Day". To summarize: 10 minutes of dumbbell snatches and burpees, 10 minutes of swinging the sledgehammer, and 5 minutes hitting the heavy bag. The sledgehammer was rough, my back will be in full protest mode tomorrow.

Hey, I went to the Ross website and watched the youtube video. I Can do that fast jumprope thing he was doing.. .i used to do that to warm up before competitions

I've worked myself to about 30 seconds of the "high-speed" jump rope before I miss. I haven't tried to incorporate any of the other fancy stuff yet.
